Yes, game is back up.
You will find that you will have to replay your last turn. I didn't realize until snoopy told me that when GS crashes, i can still save the game locally. I thought i just had to restart PB and go from the last autosave.
Also, I will be shutting down the game for Christmas. Game will resume the following day.
