I'm keen to try this PitBoss - it will keep the game ticking over nicely, a major advantage with 5 players. [edit: - I've actually found that 4 players are better anyway. Games are so much better when the turns tick over quickly.]

OK, ricketyclik will be away for most of the next 2 weeks so this game won't start right away, will have to wait for him if there's no objection.

In the meanwhile, since it seems we'll use PitBoss we could decide whether we're going to use the turn timer option and if we're what limit should we put.

I'd say no less than 48 hours no more than 72. My preference would be 72 (3 days).

My understanding of PitBoss is that you can pre-set build queues, unit orders, etc, for the server to execute when your turn time runs out. If this is the case then I'd go for 2 days max.

If you are still open for another player I think I would be interested in playing in another game. The game I am in now is ticking along on average of a turn every other day.

I have never played a Pit-Boss game or know much about it, but it intrigues me.

Note that your skill level must be noble or prince and some diplomacy and role-play will be required from time to time.

Turn Timer is an option that allows a turn to be automatically "played" if not played by the player within the specified period set. My preference is 72 hours and Andydog's 48 hours.
