Here is a screenshot as turn is being played, so yes this looks like this mod has overwritten files when I was told it shouldnt

See, that's weird... For me, it shows Bronze Working in 9 turns, and for you, Priesthood in 7, not 4.

Could you post a screen from inside your city, so I can see the precise production values you are getting?

Right, so the production values are the same as those I see.

But it seems your costs must be different then.

Could you post a screenie if what the tooltip shows when you mouse over Washington?

Attached is what I see. This shows both production values and costs all at once, so it is more useful.

Also, btw, met some rivals!

EDIT: Also, if you could go to Victory conditions screen, then Settings tab, and see what it says there. It should be Quick speed, Noble difficulty... These are the only things I can think of that might affect costs...

Well, check the difficulty level you are playing on. Other than mods and game speed, I believe that is the only thing that affects costs.

One final thought and possible option

"IF" that speed tuner did corrupt my files and do this and I removed it do you think it kept the files it start (accellerated)
