    last pick is Ragnar of Native Amerika...
    Great, one more ultra dangerous civ.. I start to think that going for hunin archery is not a bad idea at all.. we hould target longbowmen at some point, they are great units.

      Yeah, Archery is sounding more and more like a must-have early tech. Hope we start with some deer or fur or elephants to make it more worthwhile.

      At least we can defend against their attack with archers. Their UU has a pretty clear counter with the -1 power.

        Pacal of Egypt (Realmsbeyond)

        *** Leader:
        * Traits: Financial, Expansive

        *** CIV:
        * Starting techs: Roads and Agriculture

        * UU: War Chariot

        * UB: Obelisk

        *** OVERALL CONCLUSION:
        * Strong points: If they have horses than an early chariot rush can be deadly.

        * Weak points: The chariot rush becomes obsolete real fast and by the time everyone has metal and horses hooked up they're not good for much other than pillaging.

        * Remarks on leader / civ combination: Since Pacal isn't charismatic they can't make the most of their UB, the expansive and financial traits do help with REXing but it's a weaker REXing combo than other civ & leader combos.

        *** EXPECTED STRATEGY

        * Warmongerer?: -- YES, very early if they have horses
        * REX? : ------------ Moderate, expansive and financial help but not a whole lot.
        * Tech?: ------------ NORMAL
        * Trader?: ---------- NORMAL
        * Builder?: ---------- No more than normal
        * Early religion?: -- Probably not
        * Sea?: ------------- No more than normal.

            I've done a few games against the AI on aggressive AI with a large pangea map with everything else set as close as I can to our game with the same leaders/civs. It seems like every time Pacal of Egypt gets to be the largest and the most advanced for some reason. I'm assuming the humans will play better than the AI and that our team will play better than me but that does seem to be a combo with some power.
