Tell them you won't ban them. Failing you could say you'll turn a blind eye to the odd infraction; a get out of jail free card if you will. There are so few possible infractions now days they'll probably both forget about it before they ever use it.

I would expect the subforum moderators would inform us when additional members join. That may be a faulty supposition though.
