    Big reforms in Arabia

Just few years after the revolution Arabia celebrates the born of the Arabian republic, also called as the Arab League, where all the numerous arabian tribes are represented. The first time in history election was held and as the only candidate, the former king, Abdus Salam is now the first president of the republic.

In his speech, president Salam has announced that slavery from now on condemned in whole Arabia and our markets are free and opened which would enhance our trade revenue. President Salam also confirmed Arabia's commitment to peace and justice, in the region and in the whole world. -"We shall not remain silent when the big ones oppress the small. If we all stand together we are the most powerful force in earth".

When president Salam heard that China thought that we had wronged them with our speeches and a token of friendships is expected, He decided to send a dedicated copy of one of his favorite book To China's leader. He also sent these to Japan and India, may they learn about peaceful coexistence.

The great Emperor Meiji has fallen. The brightest star over the Japanese sky has dimmed but in his place a new star has come to take his place. A warrior who has fought the Indians from the beginning and has won every battle he has ever fought. He was only know as General Kurosaki the greatest general of the Japanese army and now the new emperor of Japan.

Your call. We are not bluffing.
I'm sorry but I'm new at this type of thing. I must admit your people are truly convinced in your own lies. First off we did not attack the most peaceful people in history, we attacked a nation who uses peace as a way to cover there more sinister nature. You plotted for the downfall of England, You plotted (and still do plot) for the fall of China, and you have even shown to the world how untrustworthy you truly are. All we have done is expose you for the sneaky cowards you are. Our conquest as you put it have not killed millions of Indians but only a few thousand and only military personnel. Civilians where never harmed, even in the cities we have taken and renamed to honor the Japanese heritage they now hold.

As for your demands well I think you should rethink your threat because I am calling your bluff.

The Arab league fears that war between India and Japan is reaching a point where disaster would become inevitable. We urge the warring nations to agree on a cease-fire before it's too late.
We know that both nation is desperate, but Arabia condemns any action against civilian population. We are aware that Japan has used the same threat to force his offer on India: "
If India does not agree to these terms Japan will begin invading the Indian homeland. We will take every coastal city and we will burn them to the ground. The choice is yours. -Emperor Meiji of Japan"
We can't be sure what is bluff and what is not, but to give peace a chance We believe that cease fire must be made. If the Japan city of Manilla is truly at India's mercy then the agreement should contain that the city must not be reinforced until negotiations last.
Arabia would also like to confirm that we do not believe in militarily forced peace. That would be just a destroying or enslaving of one party in favor of the other. We also think that the Chinese presence actually an obstacle in the way of finding reasonable peace solution, because Japan is counting on China to win the war for them if India would refuse to agree to peace in the given amount of time. Also it holds back India who can not liberate their colonies because they must keep their forces on the continent in case of a Chinese invasion. So the warring nations are just waiting for something to change in the playground of politics instead of trying to find a compromise.
In our understanding the question of the ownership of Agra is what the warring nations can't agree on. Maybe India should accept an other colony for it as compensation so it wouldn't cause border conflict with Japan.

Mind of Heaven was disquieted. Although eagles soar through the skies, men do not. So the reports of some huge object, obviously made by man-things, flying around in the air around the man-thing city of Tijuana concerned him. One never knew what the gods intended, but surely they had never meant for man to fly through the air, otherwise they would have given him bungee-cords...

              Notice to Arabia:

On behalf of the Turkish Government, I remind Arabia that there is already a mediator for the Japan-Indian conflict. That mediator is myself. I was accepted by the parties involved. Arabia was not accepted or invited to make suggestions on resolving this conflict. Your postulations, are ill informed and your conclusions and suggestions are as unwelcome as they are inaccurate and inadequate.

There is a treaty in place governing the Indian-Japanese conflict that was painstakingly drafted and agreed to by all parties after exhaustive private talks and negotiations where all parties aired all their grievances, goals and demands, including the historical context and root causes for the War. What India has at stake can not be solved by a simple trade of Agra for some other randomly selected colony. The issues involved can not be resolved by the trivial trade that you suggest, and the suggestion belies how woefully uninformed you are.

Now comes Arabia, with incomplete information, offering arbitrary half-baked solutions, based on gut instinct and emotion. Please Arabia. I ask you again to stop your instigations. Your new Government has just been formed. Focus on the development of your new government rather than on offering random shot-from-the-hip solutions and instigations against China.

As mediator, I ask you on behalf of the involved parties to cease your instigations and cease your meddling. Let the parties complete the terms of their treaty and respect the promise of non-interference that you made.

                Ayescan,

The war is in our neighborhood, that makes us very interested in peace. We have every information we need, but please correct us in any particular point where you think we are wrong. Arabia is not interfering, but we have every right to speak of our opinion, and you are not in the position to tell us what to do. Your insults towards Arabia are noted.

Arabia is relieved that there is again peace on the continent. Though we don't know the details we hope that India will confirm that the deal was fair and just and not something which they were forced to sign in fear from intervention.
Arabia made it clear and will do in the future that even if most nations accept that the so called "superpowers" have the right to do whatever they please, we shall not. We are not cowards and we will not become tools like some others seem to have become. Arabia is proud and believes in freedom.

                    President Abdus Salam

Official notice to all who this may concern:

Our caravel captains have reported a privateer with hidden nationality, flying the Jolly Roger flag being seen in the East Pacific. Russia warns the masters of this vessel to restrain from attacking any vessels frying (edit:flying it was meant) the Russian flag, as such an accident will be considered an attack against Russia, this will lead to investigation and once the guilty government is found, Russia will deal with this nation harsh. End of the note.

This is yet to be seen, as it never came to this in the known history, so no one knows for sure, but I can bet it has awful taste and high choking probability.

Despite disarming over a half of it, Krasnaia Armia remained the world's most powerful army since the Great War has ended. The Infantry is worthy successors to the victorious Russian Rifleman, which will bring Krasnaia Armia to a new level.

Mind of Heaven felt the arrival of his favorite minister. Timing was inauspicious, as Mind of Heaven had every belief that this time, Coyote would finally communicate with him the fullness of his designs for The People. Mind of Heaven was very convinced that such a plan existed, despite the seeming indifference which Coyote had presented regarding the path of The People through time. But he knew that his minister would not wait for him to finish his seance, so with a mental sigh, and a forced discipline, he roused himself from his apparent stupor.

The minister was agitated. He carried several reports in one hand, waving them around. When Mind of Heaven said, mildly, "Yes?", the minister poured forth a torrent of conflicting words. Mind of Heaven was uncertain exactly what he was trying to say; it sounded very much like he was talking about the Viking-things attacking someone, but he couldn't be certain. He raised a hand.

"Stop," he said. "Now, slowly. What is this Viking story you bring?"

"Sir, the Vikings are across the River in the land of the Serpent People-things. They have many companies of warriors occupying the town called Tlaxcala, right across our border."

"Did they fight the Serpent People-things?"

"That's what I don't understand, Sir. These reports don't seem to indicate there is or was a fight. But it's clear that the Viking things are calling Tlaxcala theirs."

Mind of Heaven was confused. He had never heard of such a thing, that a city of people could just be handed over to some other tribe of man-things as if their voices did not matter. Did the Viking-things simply assume that the people-things of Tlaxcala wouldn't care who ruled them? It didn't make sense. Besides, why could the Viking-things WANT Tlaxcala? The People had eschewed any effort to take Tlaxcala from the Serpent-things largely because there wasn't any reason to WANT Tlaxcala. It was just a bunch of dry plains. He made this point mildly to his minister.

"Well, that's another thing that confuses us. The people around Tlaxcala, in the cities and towns surrounding it, have declared unilaterally that they consider themselves to be part of OUR nation, now. Apparently, they have no interest in the" ... here the minister had to look carefully at his reports, and stumbled on the words..."Ine-her-jar". Some say that they have heard that Valhalla is a place for dead heroes, and they prefer to be live "people" before they are dead heroes. And one group of fishermen who regularly fish the waters off the coast have declared themselves "American" man-things. It's all quite insane."

Mind of Heaven closed his eyes and tried to think about the area in his mind. Then he got quiet, and a pallor spread over his face.

"You don't think they intend to use Tlaxcala to launch an attack upon The People, do you??"

The minister's eyes grew big. "But why would they? What have we ever done to these Viking-things? We have nothing they could want!"

Mind of Heaven sighed. "I cannot imagine any other reason to move so many troops to our southern border. If all they wanted was the city, and somehow obtained the assent of the Serpent People-things, they would simply garrison it with a small number of forces. This sudden status change, especially shortly after the so-called war with the Turk-things, makes me quite suspicious. I think we shall have to send a message to our good friend, Catherine of the Rus. She certainly will brook no effort to attack her New World friends. Bring me some writing materials, please.

From: Mind of Heaven - Chief Councillor of The People

                                Re: Recent unrest anent Tlaxcala

I am aware of the transfer of the city of Tlaxcala from the empire of the Serpent People-things to the heavenly kingdom of the Viking-things. Considerable unrest exists as a result of this move. Numerous towns and villages around Tlaxcala have apparently declared themselves under our protection without consulting us, first. Maps are even now being drawn showing that The People own and control land across the Great River of the South all the way to the walls of Tlaxcala itself.

Be advised that The People do not willingly accept the unilateral effort of these people to align themselves to our nation. We have had good relations with our neighbors across the Great River of the South. What compels these friends of ours to turn their city over to the Viking-things we do not know, but we do not seek to profit from it.

Nevertheless, we will not stand idly by if some armed effort is made to coerce a return of these towns and villages to the control of either the Empire or Valhalla. They must be allowed to choose their path, and be wooed back to the fold. We certainly will work to convince them that the nation of The People is not where they wish to seek protection and brotherhood, as they are not of The People.

We call upon the Viking-things to explain this turn of events; we have heard nothing of their plans in this regard. We call upon our friends, the Rus, particularly Catherine of the Rus, to confirm their friendship, and to counsel their neighbors, the Viking-things, upon proper behavior among nation-states. And we ask our friends Across the Great River to advise us what they seek with this abdication of their power, and their control, and, dare we say, their honor to their own people.
