Question for everyone though (just to stir up the pot a bit)...why does continuing the game matter? If this game is supposedly determined by stories and voting then why have there been no votes since June? The June results have never been posted and there have been no votes for July, August or September, and it is almost October.
So writing stories means nothing to the outcome anymore. Nor does actually playing the game since unless the entire world rises up against Russia (including all their allies) then it is a foregone conclusion Russia will win in-game.

Good point, Vikings.
I was asking myself too about the votes, but never asked out loud, as I made a wild guess RP has his hands full of cares for the new baby born - I know how time and energy consuming this can be and how squashed you feel at the end of the day and how you have no the will to do anything, which is not vital
And good to have you back in the game (the only reasonable guy from the Axis bunch )

Vikings, it's nice that you won't leave us until a sub is found. Especailly considering how hard to find a sub novadays
I think next time when we start a diplo-game we should explain better what people should expect. It's really not about winning, but about fun. So if someone can't find his fun without winning, then probably it's not the best game them to join.
About votings: I personally don't really like the concept to much, but I understand that it can inspire some. Arabia hasn't posted stroies for months.. I defiantely can not win not even be in the top half.. but I will still write stories, I don't care about scores at all (and I know there are many who does the same).
(I can't unpause, I'm at "work". Is it really necessary to keep the game paused though? As far as I know Azteca doesn't have too mnay units to worry about, and America is not really at war either (Ottomans just needed to pass thier borders, but I might be wrong about this)
