Epilogue to the Indian Empire


Next morning the Indians woke up tired and confused.. many of them lost consciousnes when the big towers bursted out and even the rest fell asleep in the temples soon after. They did not understand what happened, they went home and soon their mind started clear up..They wanted one thing: answers
The Sha'Tao priests felt emptiness, like never before and when the people come to them they were unable to say anything. They tried to hide, but that just angered the men even more.. now they remebered the torture, the lost family members, the sacrifice of millions.. it was so natural a few days ago.. and a madness now.. and it became a different kind of madness.. the uncertanity, fear of being abandoned and the revenge on those who caused the suffering altogether.. it has led to manhunt against the priest, the templars.. everyone who served the Sha'Tao.. in the next few years some tried to restore order, claimed to be a God sent spiritual leader, but in the end they all failed..in the next decade the Sha'Tao in India was completely destroyed.
India has become a democracy, free speech was in place with some exceptions: all religions were banished, it become a taboo to even speak about them, only some historians were allowed to research the past purely on scientific purpose.

And there were lots of questions.. there seemed to be too much evidence that some of the high priests lived for thousands of years..or was it just a trick?.. these huge towers.. they seemd to have a complicated electronics inside, all burned out so not much left to study, but how could the priests posses this technology?

And Sha'tur.. if ever existed.. what was He? A god? why would a god need humans to build anything for him.. maybe He was not a God.. maybe He just become one.... will we ever see him again? seemed so unlikely now that all his followers were gone. And the high priests.. was it their plan to end like they did? maybe "God" has taken away them.. but that's very unlikely too.. most of them turned into dust, but not the Empress and on her face everyone could see that things did not went as they thought it would...
too many questions..


..and in far corner of the galaxy, or maybe in an other plain of existence an uncaring mind has just thought..
"sooo..what shall we play next?"

((Egypt beat me in giving one interpretation of what Sha'tur really was.. which is of course the player behind the civ. Who has used his advisors as high priests and carelessly sacrificed millions of 'his people' to achieve some goal totally incomprehensible to them.. then abandoning all with an evil laugh to look for an other challenge..

Or maybe He truly was a mystical, evil spirit wanted to reach Godhood, or just escape from his fate.. who knows..? ))

Vladislav leads Russia to final victory over its perennial oppressor!


The death of Igor and crowning of Prince Vladislav of Russia coincided with the Persian invasion. Vladislav the glorious has led the massive Russian army consisting of no less than 25 infantry units of the highest quality, easily repelling the Iranian invasion forces. Yet as the victory neared, the defenders of Persia began to fall without taking wounds. Their bodies crumbled to dust, their remains blown away upon the wind. In a glorious move to expand the Russian empire, the young Prince has announced that he will annex the Persian mainland cities if the rest of the lands are as empty of people as that of Hastograd, recently taken without resistance by Russian soldiers. In a comment to the Moscow Gazette, the newly appointed King of Russia said that the lands of Persia would be colonized by Russians as the manifest destiny of Russia had intended millennia ago.

King Vladislav announced today that he would no longer take any active role in politics and that the newly expanded parliament would have full powers to govern the nation. Russia's royal house will from now on allow the people to fully govern themselves. However, by repeated requests from the Duma Parliament, the King has agreed to remain as Head of State for matters of ceremony and work to improve diplomatic relations with other nations.

With the joining of Orb into the Entente alliance and with the Persian territories and factories now under Russian control, Russia will change its name to the Union of Federated Russian Republics. This new nation under Russian leadership, consisting of an expanded parliament, with representatives from Russia Major, Nova Semlja, Izhirbayzan, Russo-Persia, Orb and Ottomania has announced that all of Hascon now shares a common foreign policy and is united at last. With the Perso-Iranian civilization lost through some grand Indian scheme, the Hasconian continent is united under the new Russian flag.

White for the skies that Russia has struggled to reach
Blue for the nobility and perseverance of its people
Red for the oceans of blood spilled in the wars

The spirit of Russia remains unbroken and eternal!
