this is a story about the Sha'Taoistic Republic Iran

Horrible turn of events in Iran

The Iranian army invaded Russia, seized the border city at once, Iranian paratroopers landed next to Moscow, the capital of Russia, ready to take it. Everywhere in Russia Iranian paratroopers landed.

Then suddenly the earth was quaking and there was emptiness and void.
The entire Iranian army was gone. No Iranian workers to be found. Empty cities.

Some say that the laughter of Hastog was fading into the void, changing into a horrible cry in despair.

As we speak there's no Iranian person to be found anywhere.
More reports follow later, but at first sight it's like the entire Iranian / Persian / Median civilization has been removed from the surface of earth.
Force is always beside the point when subtlety will serve

this is a story about the..... void....

The Iranian territory almosts borders with the Russian city of Volgorad

Ling Lun pushes Russian border one tile back

          Iranian army invades Volgorad

Iranian paratroopers dropped next to Moscow
          The end of Hastog's Civilization

"Do not care about your enemies, about war. (...) Worship Sha'tur since the final hour, the judgement day is nigh." the High Priestess of Sha'Tao had spoken to the Iranians.
But the spirit of Hastog was still in the hearts of of the Iranians. The Russian threat had to be removed. The Iranians felt strong. Then Ling Lun opened the doors to the hated city of Volgorad. The city that for millenniums had challenged the Hairy Shrine.

The order was given by the Supreme Leader himself. The terrible army of Iran ignored the plea of Shakti. No prayers, war. At first the war went well. No casualties, only a couple of broken artilleries. The city was taken. Paratroopers were dropped all over Russia. The Russian empire was about to fall. For once and for all the Iranians would destroy their arch enemies.

But then, just when the final blow would be given to Russia, a laughter was heard. The image of Hastog was pictured in the clouds. But the winds started to blow. The clouds were ripped apart. The evil laughter of the demon-lord turned into a desperate call. A scream of a soul pulled into the void.

Winds were blowing everywhere. Lightning everywhere. Then a moment of utter darkness. When the thin light returned it all was gone. Only the lightning was left. The Iranian soldiers, the paratroopers, the artillery, the machine gunners, the leading General, the Iranian flags, the workers and the spies, the city garrisons, it all was gone. Emptiness was everywhere. Coldness. Silence. Void.

The Void has taken all of Iran.

Then a figure appeared from the void.
          A figure from antient times.
          A wild beard, fearsome eyes.
          A shadow of the past.

He shaked his head and said: "We have paid"

this was a story about Media, New Persia and Iran

I was about to make a post detailing the sale of Byzantine colonies in the Southern colonies to our friends the Romans, of the near completion of the railways system in Greece, the extention of the railways system to Friendship City in the far north of Egypt, the landing of a major armoured corps on Hascon to support our Russian and Ottoman allies in their defence against Iran, and of the discussions with the Romans, Arabs, Greeks, Peruvians and Egyptians about the establishment of the decency alliance (non-aggression, commerce, equality) of civilisation on this continent, head-quartered in Constantinople but with a rotating secretary starting with Lawrance of Arabia,

            but,

the Persian story is such a good ending, you just can't follow it (although I doubt its true since they only discovered fascism for paratroops last turn). Anyone would think you had been planning that story and those pictures for days. But, recently at least, Persia you have been the story king.

In the year 1738, 24 years after the great siege of Taorisha India has finished the greatest achievement of all time.
              The Sha'vanti towers were ready.

Delphi, Taorisha, Pataliputra home of the 3 big towers and Bombay where the where the central tower was built, the 4 greatest city on earth.

These huge towers are marvels themselves and now all faithfull Taoists around the world prays and waits the prophecy to be fulfilled. The indian high priests have sent instructions to all local churches, priests to prepare the people for the final cerenomy so when the time comes the most possible followers will worship Sha'tur and together they would wait the cometh of God.

And the day has come. This night Sha'tur will descend to Earth and will cleanse it from all evil, from all non-believers just as the prophecy says.

The five high priests, Zulkash, Kordush, Neevam, Ashoka and Empress Shakti have gathered in the central tower, they are prepared to play an important part in the summoning of God.
All Indian television was prepared to broadcast this event, they are monitoring every towers inside and outside.

              And the countdown starts..

Zulkash, the oldest of the high priests was peoccupied by his thoughts, old images invaded his mind.. He remebered all..
He saw the old Indian empire, the rebellion which had banished his ancestors form the jungle which eventualy led them to the place where they had founded Delphi. He was just a child at that time, did not understand what happened. Now He knew that it was Sha'tur's first attempt to convert the world and ensure his and his followers eternal dominance on earth. They had failed God then, but not now..

On the big monitors everyone could see that something is happening with the towers. They were lightening up simultaneously, electric charges break out from them everywhere then suddenly all screen went black.. the broadcast was over..

Zulkash remembered the early glory. They were so much more advanced than the barbarians. With the guide of God, with the advanced technology they thought they had become truly invincible that time. They were about to convert the world and eliminate the resistance in the name of God.. but in the end there were too many.. they had to find an other way..

In every temples, in all the shrines millions of Taoists worship and chant the sacred verses. They could feel that something is happening they feel weak and powerfull at the same time.. and the towers continue to charging up.

An other way.. After they had realized they wouldn't have enough force to conquer the world God has sent them the vision of the Sha'vanti towers and the instructions how to build them. With these towers Sha'tur wouldn't need the entire earth to worship him, but the sacrifice to make this plan possible was huge.. millions of Indians had died.. they had to be in hurry and they had to be strong.. they all saw the vision that enemy forces would come and try to destroy them.

By now all three towers are glowing in blue lights. Suddenly a beam, one from each breaks out and travels to the central tower near Bombay. Inside the tower the five high priests just was waiting for this moment..

The sacrifce of millions.. mortal lifes.. what does it matter when their eternal power and dominance is at stake... By their he meant the God and his servants, the high priests of course.. oh, He and the others knew very well what they were doing.. they knew that Shatur is quite real, that He doesn't live in his heavenly palace, that the promise of enlightenment was just a lie which led the fools sacrifice themselves eagerly, and those who left to serve will continue to serve them as slaves. Those who survive this night of course..

Since the true purpose of these towers is to gather the strenght of the followers, to channel their lifeforce through the high priests to Sha'tur so He can manifest himself and become invincible once and for all... it is so close now..

When the beams hit the central tower it also started to glow, the high priests inside stand in a circle around a monolith like structure. They all felt the power channeling through them..

Zulkash was excited.. for thousands of years He had waited this moment.. soon there won't be enemies to worry about.. soon they will rule the world without ever to be challenged again. He felt extremly powerfull... like a God.. and suddenly He saw Sha'tur appearing on the top of the monolith.. it was beatifull... He even felt a weakness for a moment it was all that He waited for.. He saw his own body emmiting the blueish light...

..then suddenly it was sucked from him to the monolith. And in that moment the thousand years old Zulkash has turned into nothing but ash..

The other high priests havent had too much time to wonder what happened, they were turned into dust one by one as well..

Except Shakti. She felt his life being sucked away from her, but She lived enough to realize something went terribly wrong.. this is not supposed to happen but She could not understand.. then She heard it..

              a malevolent laughter from Sha'tur..

then She saw him dissappear..the last thing She saw in her life..

              Epilogue to the Indian Empire

              coming soon..

but apparently it can be sayed that there is a new morning to every faithfull and non-faithfull.. except for the Indian high priests of course.. (( and the Iranians as I see now.. )) what really happened.. what can be known at all, and what is the future of India is in an other story...

((as soon as I can finish it))

I don't know how many of you know the lady whose picture I've used for Empress Shakti. She is Sharon Den Adel, the vocalist of the symphonic metal band, Within Temptation.

I have found one of their song quite fitting for my priests and just for fun I put up a slideshow with the pictures I have used or just intended to use some point... my first video ever so don't expect too much

A few other songs which I'd recommend even to those who don't really like the genre:

Crazy Horse called the tribes together to listen to Wovoka, a shaman from the Paiute Tribe, who had a vision during the eclipse of the sun on 18 February 1738.

The vision spoke of a great natural catastrophe that would see the disappearance of other nations from the earth and that the dead of the Native Americans would be resurrected and would bring back the customs and old ways of life that would last forever.

To achieve this he urged Crazy Horse and the tribes to practice the Ghost Dance, renounce alcohol and mourning because the resurrection was coming soon.
(The dance was unlike other Indian dances with fast steps and loud drumming. The Ghost Dance consisted of slow shuffling movements following the course of the sun. It would be performed for four or five days and was accompanied by singing and chanting, but no drumming or other musical instruments. In addition, both men and women participated in the dance, unlike others in which men were the main dancers, singers and musicians.)
                                Wovoka told a tale:

THE END OF THE SECOND WORLD
                                A Hopi Legend
After their emergence, the people of the Second World lived in harmony with each other for a time. They built villages and linked them with trails. They began to trade food and hand crafted items between villages.

This was when the trouble started. Everything they needed was on this Second World, but they began to want more. More and more they began to trade for things they didn't need, and the more goods they got, the more they wanted.

This was very serious, for they did not realize they were drawing away, step by step, from the good life given them. They just forgot to sing joyful praises to the Creator, and soon began to sing praises to the goods they bartered and stored. Before long it happened as it had to happen. The people began to quarrel and fight, and then wars between the villages began.

There were still a few people in each village who sang the song of their Creation. But the wicked people laughed at them until they could only sing it in their hearts. Even so, Sótuknang heard it through their centers and the centers of the Earth. One day he suddenly appeared before them.

"Spider Woman tells me your thread is running out on this world," he said. "That is too bad. The Spider Clan was your leader, and you were making good progress until this state of affairs began. Now my Uncle, Taiowa, and I have decided we must do something about it. We are going to destroy this Second World just as soon as we put you people who still have the song in your hearts in a safe place."

So again, as on the First World, Sótuknang called on the Ant People to open up their underground world for the chosen people. When they were safely underground, Sótuknang commanded the Twins, Pöqánghoya and Palöngawhoya, to leave their posts at the north and south ends of the world's axis, where they were stationed to keep the Earth properly rotating.

The Twins had hardly abandoned their stations when the world, with no one to control it, teetered off balance, spun around crazily, then rolled over twice. Mountains plunged into the sea with a great splash, seas and lakes sloshed over the land, and as the world spun through cold and lifeless space, it froze into solid ice.

This was the end of Tokpa, the Second World.

So Crazy Horse ordered that when the Ghost Dance was finished, the tribes must break camp and journey towards the safe haven at Wounded Knee, to await the end.

I have seen that in any great undertaking it is not enough for a man to depend simply upon himself.
