    • Chief Minister Endo Gam Speech

Soldiers, sailors, and aviators! Men and women of Korea, of the Southern Korea too! Pay heed!
An hour appointed by destiny has struck in the heavens

      (Very lively cheers).

I ask all koreans to stand calm, firm and united in this time of trial. The task will be hard. There may be dark days ahead and war can no longer be confined to the battlefield. But we can only do the right as we see the right and reverently commit our cause to God

We go to battle against the plutocratic and reactionary nations of the north who, at every moment have hindered the advance of Taoism and have often endangered the very existence of the Korean people.
Recent historical events can be summarized in the following phrases: promises, threats, and blackmail. Our consience is absolutely tranquil. (Applause).
With you the entire world is witness that Korea has done all that is humanly possible to avoit the torment which is throwing our world into turmoil; but all was in vain. It would have suffieced to allow free trading of all technologies; it would have sufficed to allow True Taoism to be spread to all nations, ; it would have sufficed not to reject the proposal the High Priestess made.
But now all of that belongs to the past. If now today we have decided to face the risks and the sacrifices of a war, it is because the honor, the interests, the future impose an iron necessity, since a great people is truly such if it considers sacred its own duties and does not evade the supreme trials which determine the course of history.

We take up arms to resolve, the problem of our maritime frontiers; we want to break the territorial chains which suffocate us in our own sea; since a people is not truly free if it does not have free access to the ocean.

This gigantic struggle is nothing other than a phase in the logical development of our revolution; it is the struggle of peoples that are poor but rich in workers against the exploiters who hold on ferociously to the monopoly off all the riches and all the gold of the earth; it is the struggle of the fertile and young people against the sterile people moving to the sunset; it is the struggle between two centuries and two ideas.
Now that the die are cast and our will has burned , I solomnly declare that Korea does not intend to drag into the conflict other peoples bordering her on land or on sea or even further afield; Incans, Egyptians or other small nations of the world like Greece and Arabia, take note of these my words and it depends on them and only on them whether or not they will be rigorously confirmed.

      Koreans!

In a memorable meeting, that which took place in our palace, I said that according to the laws of Korean morality, when one has a friend, one marches with him to the end.

      (“Loud Cheers!”).

This we have done with England for centuries, with its people, with its marvelous armed forces. On this eve of an event of century wide scope, we direct our thought to the wonder of the High Priestess

(the multitudes break out in great cheers )
who as always has understood the soul of the greater Koreas . And we salute with our voices the Lord of Taoism, the head of the great Church

(The people cheer the High Priestess at length).

Korea stands up, strong, proud, and united as never before.

(The crowd cries with one single voice: “Yes!”)

Arm yourselves, and be ye men and women of valour, and be in readiness for the conflict; for it is better for us to perish in battle than to look upon the outrage of our nation and our altar. As the Will of God is in Heaven, even so let it be

The single order of the day is categorical and obligatory for all. It already spreads and fires hearts from the North to the Korean southern Ocean; Victory!

(The people break out into raucous cheers).

And we will win, in order finally to give a long period of peace with justice to Korea, to Taoists, and to the rest of the world.

      People of Korea!

Rush to arms and show your tenacity, your courage, your valor!

[At this point the Chief Minsiter drew his sword from its scabbard and held it high above his head.]

The sword is drawn, and I cannot sheathe it again without victory and honor. All of you shall and will see to it that only in honor is it returned to the scabbard. You are my guaranty that I can dictate peace to my enemies. Up and at the enemy! Down with the enemies of Korea ! Three cheers for our army!

The crowds start celebrating and playing musical instruments, banginf of drums, singing the Korea National anthem and praiisng the High Priestess

          • this is a story about Media and Persia

            Situation in New Russia

Many Indian and Persian cities were occupied by the enemy during the war. At the moment no cities are under foreign occupation anymore. The map below depicts all cities that were occupied during the war with a black cross. Cities that were under siege are signed with a brown cross.

The Persian army is currently retreating to New Novograd to heal and be upgraded. There's no cease fire between Persia and India. Protests against the war increase in Persia and the Guru is under heavy pressure to stop the war. The military though presses the Guru to continue the war.

            • The high priests gathered in Bombay to oversee the completion of the "central tower". For a day they forget about the war, the approaching enemies.. time to celebrate that they are again one step closer to the final victory over the forces of Evil.
This tower is much smaller than the others but essential in the big plan. It looked like just as it did in their dreams.. this is the place where God's avatar will born to this world..it must be..

              • To our enemies,

We know about your pathetic alliance, we know your strength, your plans and we know your future: there is none. You are all doomed- You were from the moment you refused or turned your back to God. This reckless attack of yours is laughable, you are powerless to stop us, but nevertheless you will be punished for this impudence. You and all those who helped and sheltered you. Some of you thinks that the final hour is near, and they are right. Go and pray to God for forgiveness, it may be too late, but that's the best you can do.

                • Official Statement of The United T'Oqrikoq of Peru.

I write here on behalf of The President for his anger with Byzantium is so great that he stated himself unable to trust himself to speak in diplomatic terms with them.

The Byzantine Ambassador was summoned to the Foreign Ministry this morning to explain the outrageous abuse of Peruvian hospitality. The deployment of an entire battle fleet complete with landing craft to a Peruvian port within 1 move range of India is a disgrace.

England had 4 Airships, Peru requested their removal and they went. Peru has repeatedly stated its' neutrality but this Byzantine trick threatens again to drag Peru into a war against friends.

Peru wants 3rd party military out of her sovereign lands. We will have both an explanation and an apology for this action as well as a timetable for the removal of this force.

                  • In the dungeon

A few days had passed since the old nun had come to wash Anna Hatun. She continued to deliver simple nutritional food along with water. She never spoke, and she did not even react when spoken to. Anna started suspecting she was deaf. The days passed infinitely slowly. There was nothing to do in the dark stone room. Anna was trying to form a plan of escape, but the room simply seemed too sturdily built. The door opened, her eyes, yet again unable to focus on the bright light in the corridor relative to the darkness of the room saw only a silhouette. The door closed again. No old woman, no torch. Anna's heart began to race again and when the voice of her assailant spoke, it froze.

-Did you know the Ottoman ambassador to Russia? It seems he is currently in need of a replacement. I heard King Igor crushed his skull with an oak chair leg. Such a sad situation. Unfortunately this has caused something of a lack of communication with your dear friend the Caliph. Apparently, without the ambassador, messages are not delivered as they should. Tell me, you know the power structure of the Ottoman nation, who would be a good leader, friendly to Russia.

Anna sat against the stone wall, making no sound. Her thoughts scurried. She hated Russia, she hated all about it, its leaders, its people, everything. But Caliph Mustafa III had delivered her into their hands, to suffer untold abuse. She hated him equally. Not wishing to give away her position in the cell in case the man should attempt to force himself on her again, she answered and began to quietly slide along the wall.

-Kemal. He is a young general, very intelligent, very progressive, rational, pragmatic.

The room fell into silence for a short while. It seemed the man was pondering the information, or merely tried to listen for her position. She picked up a handful of earth from the floor in one hand and the cloth blanket she had put around herself in the other. She might be able to distract him and take him down. She continued to move silently along the side of the wall, waiting. A small flash of light burst away the darkness in the centre of the room, the man had lit a match and thrown it towards her position. Her eyes initially shied from the brightness, but as the match died and the room became dark again, she knew the man's position, but he also knew hers. She heard footsteps and threw the fistful of dirt towards where the man had been. No reaction, she must have missed. She began moving again, but the man spoke, from another part of the room.

-Anna Hatun, defiant still. I must ask, Anna is not a common Ottoman name is it? Do you know where your family hailed from? I was told that it was from the area near Mehmed. From the Russian side. Ottoman now of course, but Russian a few generations back. It seems the only logical explanation, considering the evidence. Your defiance and strength of will alone is so uncharacteristic for an Ottoman. Most of their women are dogs, subservient, uneducated breeding machines. You must have despised them?

Anna quickly knelt down and picked up another handful of earth, ready to throw in her tormentor's eyes should he come closer. His words distracted her though. She did in fact pity Ottoman women for their ignorance and subservience. She had always been a fighter, and they spoke only of marriage and housekeeping. Pathetic, they could be so much more, yet instead they stayed within their homes and produced babies, preferably sons. She did not answer him, just continued to move along the wall. The man broke the silence again.

-Let's test your Ottomanness, shall we?

Another match flared, she looked for him, the match had been thrown from a corner. What had he meant by those words, she moved silently and quickly along the wall, reaching the opposite corner of where he likely stood. She heard footsteps, their position was difficult to determine, but she suspected that he was nearby. She threw the handful of dirt into the darkness ahead of her, it hit and she heard grumbling. He was only a step or two from her, directly in front, she brought the cloth over his head like a bag and sidestepped behind him, holding one hand on the blanket to sense his position. From behind she fiercely kicked his left knee, buckling it forcing him to kneel. She kicked him in the back hard and the man fell down on his face. She pounced on his back and put her weight on his head to keep him down. She sensed him flailing with his arms and she felt a surge of adrenaline and victory. His arms stopped flailing.

The man suddenly and abruptly spun around on the floor hitting her with an elbow, knocking her off his back. A half second later, as she landed on the dirt floor he was on her. She struggled, but the man subdued her.

Laying on the dirt floor after he had left she cursed the gods for her failure.

                    • Official Statement of the United T'Oqrikoq of Peru Foreign Office on the Indian Outrage.

Peru has fallen victim to all she most feared. Her centuries old friends Byzantium placed a massive naval force in Ollantytambo and ignored demands to withdraw. Her centuries old friends India chose to attack wiping out the entire garrison of the City and forcing Peru to accept an ignominious ceasefire or face the prospect of her entire east being added to the Indian Empire.

The pitiful fact is that India did not even want our City. It was handed back having lost TWO National Wonders and a host of other buildings right down to its’ Terrace. Not one soldier survived and 300,000 innocent civilians have died. Who will comfort the grieving mothers today?

Thank you India for your cruise trip to Peru. We did all we could to get third parties out of Peru but you had no idea of the position we were placed in. England removed their Airships but Byzantium replaced them with an invasion fleet. If Byzantium had been at war we would have closed borders but they were not. To have simply tossed them out would only have brought destruction upon us from the west were they have over 200,000 men and at least 6,000 Tanks.

All Peru weeps for her innocent dead. We are sickened to the very heart with both our great old friends. You have neither emerged from this with any glory by either provoking or conducting a war against a tiny nation entirely neutral in a Superpower War. Sleep soundly ‘Good Old Friends’!

                      • My dear friends Tupac Amaru and Huascar of Peru,

I weap to hear what India has done to you. The trickery and treachery which saw the Indians demanding my forces on the ground adhere to the peace treaty I have with them, while they massacred your people, onto to see them then order my people to leave the city to be mowed down and ambushed as they left, demonstates if the world needed demonstration, that India's evil knows no limits. Nothing constrains them in their goal of world domination - treaties, friendships or morals.

And, the Indians had not even given time for your request that my troops leave your country to have been recieved in Byzantium before they acted. As the whole world can see from the dates of public records, the offical statement of the United T'Oqrikoq of Peru asking for Byzantine removal had not even been received in Byzantium before India struck. They gave no opportunity for Byzantium to withdraw which of course is exaclty what I had ordered my men to do (I assume, and udnerstand, that it is your grief speaking when you say we did not withdraw - you know well that we had not yet had a chance to do so). You are our friends. Byzantium, unlike India, is only ever in other lands at their request. Again this demonstrates the true nature of India - they demand but do not wait long enough for their demands to be responded to. For their heart is in destruction and use words merely as a cover.

There will be days ahead to talk of the future, but for now I weap for your people, and indeed for my men escorted from your city under flag of truce and then massacred.

High Priest Ashoka: The transports are on their way followed by the fleet, it will take several hours till they reach the destination. Untill then we c..

*message coming in: Announcement from the Incan government. They demand the removal of the foreign troops from their territory..*

High Priest Ashoka: Ha Ha.. It's a bit too late for that.. I wonder if they suspect something...

Empress Shakti: Send them a message: They have a few hours left: if they act on their own and expell the Byzantine troops from their cities they can avoid the war with us

High Priest Ashoka: What?? No way! This is my operation. We can't risk that they warn Byzantium, the whole plan could fail

High priest Zulkash: It is unlikely they can do anything in few hours.. maybe they won't even receive our message, but let's send it.. I can't really explain and doesnt seem logical, but something makes me feel this is what we should do.

                          --
The message was sent, no answer was received, 2 transports loaded with 6 infantry and two tank divisons arrived to Ollantaytambo, the incan City. The bombers from Taorisha are also closing in.
                          --

Transport commander: I can confirm our air scouts' report: the city is barely defended by a few Incan troops, no match for us. There are though many Byzantine troops inside. We shall see if they really avoid the confrontation as expected.

High Priest Ashoka: They will but we have to act quickly, signal the bombers to start the attack..

*a new message coming in from the Incas. They say that they can't risk closing their borders even if they knew we can take their city easily. They ask if we at least could avoid the bombardment of their land and spare their troops..*

High Priest Ashoka: No mercy, kill them too, it's faster that way and we should present an example to..

Empress Shakti: Ignore that order Commander, this war is not against the Incas..

High priest Zulkash: Shakti is right, save those bombs and bullets for the Byzantine troops.

                          --
The army landed. Most of the Incan troops have left the city, though some remained and with some civilians they chosed to fight even if it was a futile attempt to stop the Indian army.
The Byzantine troops stood still while the Indians captured the key positions in the city. It seeemed they would eagerly join the fight but their commanders were unable to decide whether they are allowed to declare war on India or not.
A few hours after the invasion started the Indians has sent a message to the Byzantine officers
                          --

"This is our city now, Byzantine troops and personel are not welcome here. Leave immediately and wait outside"

                          "Wait for what?"

                          'Never mind.. just leave.. NOW."

                          --
Air squadron leader: We have visual. The Byzantine ground troops are heading to the hills close by the city, their tranports leaving the harbor. We cant confirm if they are loaded or not. Waiting for instructions.

High Priest Ashoka: As soon as you are in position start bombarding them. Both the ground troops and the fleet. As of this moment We are at war with Byzantium. Destroy them all.

                          --
Around 10 bomber squadrons attacked the Byzantine troops and fleet. Those Indian soldiers who hadn't participated in capturing the city now attacked the retreating Byzantine troops. There was some unexpected loss on their side but they have killed many Byzantine.
On the sea though the Byzantine fleet had no figting chance: damaged by bombers they have met the most advanced Indian battleships. The whole fleet, 2 destroyers, 7 transports and a Galleon were destroyed without causing damage to the attackers.

High Priest Ashoka: This attack was a total success. It will demoralize our enemies even further. First we have repelled the invasion against our colonies and now we secured our west shores.. at least for now. We should keep pushing. It's time to punish those English for their cowardice.. for their hit and run tactic against our.. fishing boats.. ha ha..

Empress Shakti: Soon.. we will get to that eventually, but first.....

                          ...
