Civplayers is happy to announce that we finally have a solution to the OOS amphibious assault bug that produces an OOS consistantly. This is an unofficial patch and it will not cause a *MOD* tag, but it will cause an OOS eventually if all players do not have this patch. So please encourage all MP players to D/L and install this patch. The faster this spreads the sooner the transistion period will be over.
