  • Scenario based on earth 2 map script

Here is something i made in order to be reusable. There are 18 civs, which were all given thought (without leader restriction) all having an appropriate starting location (some are historically place, others are not for sake of balance obviously). Every civ is a new expericence.

You are free to play whatever civ you want, with as many people as you want, the AI will control the remaining ones.

There are 5 civs starting in the new world :

America, Inca, Maya, Portugal and Holland.

All the others are somewhere in Eurasia or Africa.

    Noone starts on Australia.

Oh yeah, the ressources are distributed regionally (Silk in Asia for instance)

    Have fun

Save this under your /my games/beyond the sword/saves/worldbuilder directory.

This scenario uses patch 3.17 and the included Next War mod.

Has anyone tried a game on the map by now ?

I'd love to get some feedback in order to make balance adjustments.

A friend of mine suggested to add some hammers to the Indian capital, and to move some ressources out of it in order to get more cottageable tiles on the river. It is a good idea, and will be done.

I'd like to get more feedback like this.

This is a bad time of year for feedback, from here.

I am currently playing, elsewhere, on a earth map with 18 civs. It took for ages to recruit 18 players and I was possibly the last one recruited.

If you can recruit others I would play, but I am just advising how difficult it is .

Even single-player or MP+ AI feedback would be very nice

I didn't expect anyone to play an 18 players game on a map without balance adjustments.
