I'd just like to announce to my esteemed peers here that Civ4players has left it's old hosting service(Cases Myleague) and designed and hosted a custom made league for Civers.
http://www.civplayers.com is the new custom designed league that uses a ranking based on the Glicko2 algorithm, and is much more adapted to the needs of the competitive Civ MP community.
Feel free to take a look and offer suggestions as well. The main system code is finished but we are still working on the tournament code and Clan Championship Cup code, so some errors are being fixed on a daily basis, but we have been operating under real time stress for 24 hours now with no major server problems or code issues.
