I don't know you at all or what your gaming background is, but I'm not going to debate quotes from another player, if Spike wants to come into this thread and discuss what constitutes a "vibrant" ladder then I'll be glad to do so. I will say that if those are accurate quotes they are highly inaccurate about how the ladder really operates.

He\'s probably basing it on the fact that the flaws in the cases ladder system which DrSpike refers to have been around since it was created back in 1996. You wouldn\'t know that though because you don\'t really know dick about anything. These flaws were talked about when I was 13 years old playing on cases ladder for Checkers. I've never said the Cases system was perfect, but it is free and provides a decent set of tools. See you must have failed reading comprehension because you constantly ignore the fact that Civ4players is NOT Cases, Cases is nothing more than some software tools we use to manage the details. C4P is about the players that enjoy this game. Only annal retentive people actually care about there "rank" as defined by Cases. The purpose of C4P is simply to provide a framework for fun competitive games, in which players respect other players, and in the end everyone has a good time.

Cases run leagues may or may not be any good(I don't really care one way or the other), but Cases doesn't run any myleague, and especially C4P, players run C4P, and because of that we will always have the support of the other players that we represent.

Cases ladder is myleague, the only difference is that you take care of disputes and you set some extra rules up (which most people reading them will find ridiculous). You then go the extra mile of policing everyone\'s chats to make sure they fall in line with your view of how people should behave online. The fact is that you don\'t have the support of most players or your ladder would be much bigger. Not only that but your forums are normally pretty ****ing dead which you so cleverly attribute to \"that\'s because people are playing games.\" You\'re a loser, it\'s so obvious.
