Rah's saturday game III

Not bad, lasted longer than normal.

I had good civ and position so should have done better.

Still learning.

Yeah, I usually do better than I did tonight.

My capital and MasterDaves were about 10-11 tiles away, and I had ocean to my south, west, and north.

Figured an early rush was my only hope for long term survival. Started pumping out archers which wasn't that bad with a barracks and the protective trait.

Won alot of battles, but alas... no copper. Went for iron next and it popped outside my boarders.

The coup de graw was when I attacked one of dave's chariots that was threating to cut my iron that i finally hooked up. The first archer died, and i had a 73% chance of killing it with my only defender at my capital. I lost.

Pretty much down hill from there.

I read somwhere that trading techs isn't permitted or is disabled in the Rah games, so as to create more balanced tech development by all civs, rather than 2/3 civs accelerating ahead by exchanging techs among themselves.

Have I got it right?
