Oh, sweaty balls.
The power cable slipped out of my laptop... first I heard about it was when I got a message telling me I should save my files as power was low. I nudged it back in but upon hitting the "ok" button my computer went straight tinto Hibernate mode, logging me out the game, and I've not been able to get back in since.
Don't really mind though, I could tell it was going to be one of those games. Rubbish starting location, then my first hut was a Barbarian, who promptly killed my warrior. I managed to get my first unit out about 15 turns later, which was then killed by a Bear (Less than 10% odds).
Oh well at least the girlfriend won't be cross at me...Comment

Me, I got bitten first by Freakmon, then by Krill, and I knew I was too far behind to keep up with the crowd so I bailed. I didn't want to spend the next few hours digging myself out only to get run over by someone inevitably
Dunno what's up with me, I've just really been out of the CIV groove lately - even in SP
But there's no sense crying over every mistake. You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.
