How to change Pitboss turn timer on existing game

Hi guys,
I'm running a multiplayer game and all the members have decided that it would be better to change the turn timer from 24 hours down to ~18 hours.
Is it possible to change the turn timer on an existing game, and if so, how?

I don't believe you can do that without a hack. (There is a save hack out there, but I don't know where. Look on google?)

Out of curiosity, why change it? Your turns still can turn every 18 hours or whatnot, unless you have someone regularly running out the timer... ?
