If they are in the channel... yes.

But considering I can't find Apolyton's IRC channel i would think there is little risk.

Currently, no.

I recently formatted my computer, and have been adding programs back on an as needed basis.

If PMing the IP to me is not an option, I can install an IM program.

Poly has it's own IRC server, so if you're trying to look for that channel in DalNet or EFnet, you won't find it.

What client do you use? mIRC?
