Another Hotseat Problem

I've played many 2-person hotseat games, and I notice everytime that eventually during the game the views change. When my turn starts, my view of the map will be zoomed out. However, when the other player starts, their view of the map is zoomed in.

This isn't a big issue, it's just really annoying to have to zoom in everytime my turn starts. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
