Although a quick one this time- can you play with simultaneous turns during a pitboss game?

Also, in an unrelated note, is there any known bug where human players are unable to contact each other during IP games? I was player 2 and was unable to negotiate with player 3, even after making contact with him in the game. Messages sent to him weren't received, and we weren't able to open a negotiation table. Other players were able to contact both of us without problems.

Yes, Simul turns are available in PitBoss games.

I don't know about your communications problems... could just be dodgy peers or even just you being too slow to reply. I don't think it's a major bug.
