Hi - I just bought Civ4, former MP RTSer

I used to religiously play Starcraft: Brood War, Warcraft III, and Age of Empires 2: The Conquerors. I also played a little bit of Empire Earth Deathmatch, with some people I recognize at this forum.

I just recently picked up Civ4. I love the game.

How do I get into the HOT MP action here? Advice is appreciated. Thank you.
