lag in multiplayer

i run a 2,4 processor
1 run nvidis 4100 128 grafic
1024 ram
im on broadband only 256

what do you think is my main problem

Having looked at your Dxdiag file. Your system is good except for your video card the Geforce TI 4600 is part
of the "MX Series" of cards. MX cards don't have hardware support for
transform and lighing functions, so those functions are being loaded onto
the CPU via the graphics driver. Your pentuim 2.4 is fine paired with a
good video card, but it's likely haveing problems trying to make up for the
video card being weak. What you need is a Radeon 9800 pro or Geforce 5600
or later video card. You might be limited by your motherboard if it only
has a AGP slot, but you can still easily get a AGP video card that will run
Civ4 just fine.
