New to the forum

Hey folks.

I just found this forum at the urging of Senethro. Just got a new laptop - and civ4 - so now im interested in MP games.

I didnt know where to post this, so decided on here: what exactly do i need to do to start playing Civ4 MP games?

Welcome!

Technically, all you need is a connection and the latest patch - 1.52 at the moment. You also need a GameSpy account, that's how you log in to the Civ4 lobby. Go to www.gamespyid.com if you don't have one.

Through Multiplayer->Internet Games in the Civ4 menu, you should be able to login with your Gamespy account and see the game lobby.
