Has anyone else encountered an issue with trading techs, resources, and cities in hot seat?
I am playing a hot seat game by myself. Roosevelt can give things to Peter but not vice versa. Peter can offer gold but anything else shows up for a fraction of a second in the negotiation box and then bounces back up to the selection menu on its own. They can both trade with other cultures. Roosevelt is first in the play order but cannot even select anything of Peters.
Smells buggy to me. I don't have the patch yet. Any recommendations?
