Little Stupid Lobby Question

What's that little pillar icon in the multiplayer lobby mean? Some games have it, others don't. You can sort by it. But what does it mean?

With the pillar means the game is in progress, without means game in set-up (new). Join a pillar game at your own risk as most players don't like the delay a person hot-joining a game causes. Also, you'll be getting a position that was either abandoned by another player or started as an AI. Either cases the position is not so good.
