My multiplayer problems - including freeze up in lobby and game setup

When I am playing Civ4 online or SP no problems, yet the lobby and getting a game setup cause problems. I also can't see any games being hosted in the multiplayer lobby, if I want to play I need to host or find people to direct ip with.

I am on a Netgear DG834G Wireless Router, I think I have all the appropriate exceptions to the firewall.

I put on error logging and put this forward to see if anyone has any suggestions:
