i have found myself edging out the AI consistently on noble. so, i decided to try a game on prince. i thought i was dooing well and was evenly matched,
two AI's had declared war on me, one was dead, one was at the bottom of the list. all the while, i never ffell behind third.
its the 1800s and i'm behind techwise, just commig off killing kubali, so i get versiiles in his capital, and start spaming librarys, universitys, and observatorys like a good little boy. i figure that as soon as my recovery is over, i'll have tanks and be able to rush peter (the leader)
the science and $$$ are slow in comming, and all of a sudden i get a message that peter has built the apollo program.
and i dont even have the freakin' tank yet 
i think that i'll go build some confidence and bully someone on noble.
