I think Firaxis's fix for problems with ATI graphics cards is pretty sucky... Three or four system restarts, manually deleting system files, and un-installing and reinstalling video drivers? Are you kidding me?
To top it all off, all doing all that work didn't even fix the problem... it ended up that I had to manually unpack some files and move the archive to a different location! (hello.... can't the installer do this?!)
My recommendation to anyone having issues with their ATI card... skip all that BS about re-installing your drivers and skip to end where it says "and if that still doesn't make the game run, do this..."
