I'm getting beaten up in a single player game and I want to become a Vassal State of one of the stronger Civs so that hopefully he'll beat off some of my enemies and allow me to recuperate. I got them to adopt the vassalage civic, but I can never seem to see an option where I offer to become their vassal. I can see the option where I ask them to be MY vassal state, but how do I offer to be THEIR vassal state?
