Culture victory condition in BTS

Hi everybody

I know I'm new in this forum, but I've read you for a long time and I have finally decided to participate. So, first of all, thanks for all your knowledge and help you're putting in this site

Well, I start with a question that has bothered me with my last match. I was playing Civ IV BTS in EPIC speed, and I've read that it is necessary 3 cities with more than 75000 culture points to achieve a culture victory. Well, in my game, legendary status were reached at 150000, not at 75000, so I couldn't achieve this victory when 3 of my cities had more than 75k. I thought that 150k points were requiered in the marathon speed, not the epic one, so I'm a little bit confused here...

I dont know if probably it's a bug and I need a patch or something...

Ok, I have the answer. It took me a long time to find it but finally I get it in this same forum. The answer is that I play with "no espionage", and this makes the culture points rise from 75k to 150k for legendary level in epic speed.
