Another idea - a Religion victory

One idea which was not explored was a Religion Victory. Since Religion has a big role in both Civ4 and the real world,it should be considered

How about this:
Have at least 2 CONTROLLED religions - by that I mean you
a) Control the Holy City for that religion AND
b) Have the special shrine built in that holy city

To get the victory you must have at least 2/3 of the civilizations either
a) Have one of your controlled religions as their "state religion OR
b) the majority of their people follow one of your controlled religions

This is just an idea- just floating it out there. There could be some restrictions-like waiting until all religions have been founded. It will be tough (maybe impossible) to do once the Freedom of Religion civic is discovered

Most of them require only one religion. (It doesn't necessarily make sense to be going for two of them; the very nature of religions is competitive, except for perhaps confucianism or taoism.)

Interesting idea Husky325 Religious victory might be a very fun (and competitive) mode to play.
