Do Great Person points accumulate in a city-only pool or are they shared throughout one’s empire?

Do Great Generals reset or change general Great Person points? It looks like they come out of their own pool, but I can’t be sure.

Secondary Question: Where are all the threads? All I can see are 14 or so threads here. Is there another board with the stored threads?

The former.

The latter. I believe you can see your great general point totals on the F5 screen.

Under your profile settings, there's an option where you can change your visible threads. The forum default is 30 days or something like that, but you can change it to anywhere from only 1 day to 1 year, or all threads back to the dawn of time. I have mine set on "all threads" because it's not like it hurts anything.
