The audience, again, is Civ series fans primarily but also computer strategy gaming fans in general. The former is more likely to say that IV makes their life complete, but not necessarily -- for example, some series fans may prefer another version of the game or may find that it 'rounds out' their overall gaming experiences respectively.

With CivIV: Complete, it signifies the end of expansions for the fourth official iteration of the game. Now that it is 'complete', how does it make your life complete?

No worries mate... that's the story of my life as well. Thanks for taking my good hearted poke in the ribs as it was intended.
    It was a good one.

Civilization IV makes my life complete by granting me the serenity to accept the things that I cannot change, the courage to change the things that I can, and Sid's advice about the difference.

Civilization IV makes my life complete by being a meta-metaphor for life on this planet. It is, literally, the most civilized of gaming experiences.

Civ IV gives me a complete world, one where depth of thought trumps mousing skills and reaction time. The ability to succeed across different situations and with different leader qualities shows how diverse approaches to problem-solving can succeed. And to top it all off, I get the human element within the same framework in MP -- where a civilized discussion of rules and settings forms the basis of play. Levels of difficulty, levels of complexity, levels of interactivity -- all analogs of the history of our world's development, yet playable in whatever style suits me at that moment. And the next moment. "One more turn" in Civ IV; "one more day" in life.

Civ4 allows me to forget the powerlessness in my life by pretending I can one day take over the world.

Civilization IV makes my life complete by making me feel like a god as I manage my growing empire in the game but also by making me understand our real world better as I play with opponents from other countries and learn firsthand about their varying approaches to leadership.

                        Update

In update, I have sent a private message to all pending contest winners this evening. These individuals need to reply, on/by this time next week, with their mailing address and phone number in order to secure their placing.

The complete winners list will be announced publicly after this process is complete, which may be a bit of time after this date depending upon responses received.

                          Re: Update

There was a technical issue in the dispatching of some of the winning notifications; those identified as such have until January 17th in order to confirm their winning placement in this contest.

                            Re: Update

In further update, two of the potential winners contacted did not respond by the deadline. As such, I will need to review my entries list and contact the next two top placement entry posters. This will further delay the public announcement of the winning entries.

                              Re: Update

Two more winning entries need to be confirmed by their posters providing their name, postal address and phone number to me within a set time period. As I want to announce the complete winners list from the outset, it could be a bit yet.

That said, those who confirmed said data with me in the first round -- that is, those not affected by the technical difficulties I alluded to a couple of weeks ago -- had their prizes mailed last week by Firaxis.
