Paratroopers - do you use them (and how) ?

While there are indeed many great late wonders, by then, you have some cities that can really crank out the hammers. It really depends on the situation. If the enemy is particularly stong, and a pretty fair match, I will use the GE. If they are behind in tech, and it's just going to be a matter of number and not quality, I won't bother unless I have a few GE's waiting around.

But with the larger civs with more cities and pop, the GEs do even more in either hammers or beakers towards a good tech.
