Smart Map Issues

For a long time now, way before I got BTS, Smart Map script stopped working for me correctly. It used to work for me a few years ago. But at some point it stopped working the way it should, and now every map I have generated always gets ZERO floodplains. Also, it never allows for the Smart Map special type of terrains (like floodplains on hills).

I don't think the problem was/is with any incorrect downloading or installing on my part. I have the latest patch for BTS and I also got the latest Map Script version.

Anyone else ever had issues with Smart Map??
