I have question about what are the requirements for spreading a Corporation.
I have free markets.
The Portuguese have free markets.
I was able the spread Creative Constuctions to one city then nothing. I can't spread it any where now. We both still have Free Markets.
The same thing happened to Sid's Sushi. I spread it to one city and that's it everything is blocked after one city.
I see the Portuguese have spread The Minning CO. to more than one city so I know it can be done. I just don't know how. The executive cannot spread to a city even it has no corp. What has to happen to spread a corp?
