Civ/ BtS on Intel GMA X3100

Have anyone tried running Civ/ BtS on a laptop with the Intel GMA X3100 graphics chip? I know the settings can't be high, but will it run fairly ok on medium settings?

Actually, I think by that point it should work okay. It might not handle huge maps but most things it should handle well enough. Intel's GMA, iirc, works well enough now to run (the old ones were more borderline).

But definitely try to get someone who has played it, to make sure. Those software PS can be tricky.
