Build the two national wonders in capital
also it all war no diplomacy everyone attack everyone
make trading post the first thing you build

Eventhough I've been using English internationally since I was 13, I have problems understanding what you mean here. Is this a strategy or suggestion for a scenario? If strategy, the always war setting means that the human player is at war with everyone else, but the AI interacts otherwise as normal.

No there is just no diplomacy at all all war on everyone right now I make 255 a turn but need 335 a turn
ransom cities are not much I was able to ransom 2 cities one for 400 and another for 200

Incoherent as it is, I picked up that he's talking about the Viking scenario in Warlords (or is it BtS?) where you play as one of the viking tribes and make war on the western europeans.
