We recently had the workboat/worker first discussion in which several of our esteemed and veteran colleagues convinced me that building a worker first was the smartest possible strategy unless I had a civ with Fishing and a coastal start with water resources in reach. NOW it appears that most use my old start, which was warrior first, so the city could reach at least size 2. What's up here. are you guys just playing with Blaupanzer's old brain?

      SP worker, workboat
MP warrior. Or at least till the city is size two. Switch to worker, but must keep the warrior with less than 3 turns to complete if I have to switch back because a neighbor shows up.
