"Numerous Errors", perhaps the game did not install right at all. If so, perhaps the HOF cannot be fixed as easily as creating a new HOF file.

What hardware do you have (system specs, CPU, what Video Card), what OS are you using (i.e. what version of Windows). You should not get errors in installation under windows. My guess is, something went wrong there.

In general, I recently reinstalled my version of Civ and I only have played regular Civ once (with France). I mostly play RFC mod. I could send you my HOF file (you will see only one game by me and then perhaps you could record your other games over it), however, I am not sure which file it is. Perhaps Snoopy and/or Solver and/or someone else could help (tell me which file and i will post it).

I think it means you don't have the My Games folder set up properly... i'll look at mine when I have a chance.

Make sure you have the folder:

        C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\My Documents\My Games\Beyond the Sword\Replays

        (with %username% being your username)

That's where Hall of Fame is stored, I think.

All I have in this directory are a few files that I guess correspond to the games that I have played (one regular and several RFC). The files are *.CivBeyondSwordReplay files and I don't see anything like a general HOF vile.

jgurien, do you have that directory on your system at all?

In general the errors that might have occurred in the startup may actually cause more trouble than missing HOF. I would try to reinstall the game and figure out how to fix the errors, but if everything seems to be working OK it might be too much trouble.
