CIV 4 Warlords Crash w/csacentr.sys?

I just installed Civ 4 Warlords on my Win XP Pro laptop. Each time I attempt to launch Civ 4, I get a Blue Screen of Death referencing the file csacentr.sys (a file associated with the Cisco Security Agent which is in "off" mode).

Since this is a work laptop, I am limited in some of the files I can change.

Is there anything I can do at this point? Should I just report the BSD to my internal help desk and see if they can solve it without my giving up Civ 4?

Sounds like it... assuming your work helpdesk is willing to fix a game problem I haven't seen this problem before, but not that many work computers allow games to be installed
