Whenever I get the option to build something new in my city, and I hover over a building and the tool tip appears, it shows production bonuses, great people bonuses, research bonuses, but NO culture bonuses?
Why is this? Is there a way to fix it?
In case I was unclear, here's an example. Lets say I am about to build the Oracle, and I put my mouse over it to see what it does for me. I see the Great People bonus it gives, as well as the free technology bonus, but the culture bonus that it used to show just isn't there. I know it still gives the bonus though.
