How do I use the default Civ's leader name?

I tried putting [Default] as my leader's name and it literally uses "[Default]" as the name. What should I key in to make the game use the actual leader's name? Leaving it blank doesn't work either.

I could be wrong but I don't think there is such an option. What I find myself compelled to do is to go into the "Options->Your details" on the first turn and manually change the name of my leader.

Yes, that's what I do to - which is a bit frustrating - it would make sense if the default was the leader's name, or a combination between the leader's name and your own.

It gives you the default if you never change the name in "Options->Your details." So, maybe if you just blank the name at startup in Custom game, the default name would appear. (?) Not at home, so can't test that yet.
