I haven't been on multiplayer for a long time, so when I did get on it had me download the 1.61 patch or whatever that is. It went fine, but then I had to download the 1.74 patch also. After finishing this when I go to run Civ 4 it says "This application has failed to start because D3DX9_32.DLL was not found". It suggests to reinstall the game which I did, but same thing. Any Ideas?
