Need someone's Civ4GameSpeedInfo.xml file!

So I tried the Gamespeed Tuner not realizing how old it was, and was stupid enough not to back up my Civ4GameSpeedInfo.xml file. Now, Civ won't start up and it won't work without the latest version of the xml file. I've tried re-applying the 3.13 patch but it doesn't recreate the file, and reinstallation isn't possible because I'm missing my installation discs.

Could someone with the latest version of Beyond the Sword upload theirs for me? It's the one located in Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Assets\XML\GameInfo. Thanks!
