BTS MOD that adds but doesn't alter?

Looking for a BTS mod that adds to the game but doesn't alter existing content.

I remember seeing a pretty cool one a week or two ago. It added civs, leaders, wonders, events, etc... without altering the basic gameplay.

Anyone know the name of it?

Has the "history" one been balanced? A lot of the changes to leader traits look unbalancing.
