CIv4- Google Mail question

all of a sudden google mail has converted the saves to zips ???

I never changed a setting ????


anyone know how to chnage it back to normal ????

nothing worse than the extra hassle of unpacking to play...gesh

No news currently on this, but zipmail is certainly trying

Yahoo mail zipped something up that I sent today as well.

What mail client do you all use? Just the web client, or something else (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.)?

Hmm, Yahoo's help suggests that it always zips multiple attachments into one compressed file (not actually a .zip file, but same idea). However, it is incoming mail, I think, not outgoing, and it automatically unzips it for you when you open the attachment.

I use two e mail clients

msn
g mail

if walking is too much of a hassle, throwing would be an option if you are that close, but be aware! floppies can cause injuries with their sharp edges....

When you say email clients, though, do you mean 'gmail.com' in your web browser, or do you use a program to connect to it?

What do you click to download the attachment? IIRC, if you click "Download all attachments", it gives you a zip file, but should leave the individual files alone...
