I have never seen the AI get harrassed like I do
I have seen the RB's go past AI units/cites and zero in on meanti steam and proud of it

I've seen the AI get hugely harrassed.
Thing is... it's usually early in the game. Before the map is settled, of course. When the human doesn't really have a good LOS into AI territory. So I think a lot of that goes on unnoticed by the human.

Barbarian uprisings can be a real pain in the backside. Nothing like watching them pillage your carefully built up network of roads and mines.Try http://wordforge.net/index.php for discussion and debate.Comment

I always, ALWAYS build the great wall. And if a civ beats me to it, I start another game. I hate barbs!
The only reason I keep them in is so that the other civs have to deal with them too.Comment

nope , use a negative event like this to exploit , first your units will love the experience and second but not less important , let those barbarians do the hard work and clear a few units near your shopping list

Nothing feels better than getting the message "the aztec civilization has been destroyed" at around 3500 bc....caused by a barb uprising....so it is unfair to the AI BUT it is also unfair to the us so...let them suffer
