  • Civilization IV Complete: Playing with All the Features

I recently bought the Civilization IV Complete, which marks my first foray into the Civ IV experience. In any case, the game should and does include the original Civilization IV, as well as the Warlords and the Beyond the Sword Expansion packs. The problem is that each expansion pack needs to be started separately. What should I do if I want to access the features of both expansion packs simultaneously in the game?

I only have the Beyond the Sword expansion. But I think that it includes at least most features of the first expansion. So I would go with that.

BtS does include all the Warlords add-ons.
I don't know why he saved my life. Maybe in those last moments he loved life more than he ever had before. Not just his life - anybody's life, my life. All he'd wanted were the same answers the rest of us want. Where did I come from? Where am I going? How long have I got? All I could do was sit there and watch him die.

            True.

Actually - does anyone know if Civ Complete comes with all the scenarios or not?

If it comes with a Warlords executable, then my guess would be that it does ...

It should, but it seems that due a ****-up they forgot to include the maps for the Desert War and American Revolution scenarios, so you'll have to download those files separately and place them in the right map.

Oy. Ok, I guess this raises two questions for me because I'm still using my Dad's copy and I'm hoping to buy my own when I get my next paycheck, but anyway..

I am not a scenario player, so the only interest I have in Warloards is the extra civs and the special buildings. Per the above, does this mean I can just buy vanilla + BtS and I'm good?

Second, just where do you get Civ 4 Complete anyway? I haven't seen it in the stores, nor can I get it to come up on an Amazon search.

I only bought Vanilla and BtS, I have the Warlords Civs and such, just missing some scenarios that I don't play anyway.

                    ACK!

It is not officially for sale within North America.

So look for a non USA website and see if they will ship to the US.
