  • Hermitage bug?

I am playing CIV4 Vanilla (with the newest patch), and twice I´ve noticed something odd: When I have finished the Hermitage wonder, I don´t get the usual "movie" - and when I look at the city screen where it is built, there is no indication, it is generating any culture at all

The Civiliopedia says: 100% culture, but I can´t find any difference in culture output before and after Hermitage.

Is it a bug - or just a point I´ve totally missed (as usual ...)?

Hermitage is a national wonder, so it don't has a movie.
For the output... the only way for the hermitage not to boost your would be the city producing 0 hermitage gives +100% but no raw .

National wonder? Of course ... I must have been fast asleep when I decided to build it

But the culture thing I don´t understand. My plan - and hope - was to make the city (Rheims) one of my three legendary ones (I was going for a cultural victory this time), and it produced a good amount of culture already. The culture bar in the city screen showed +177 before Hermitage, and that number didn´t change after it was finished.

      Any clues?

Go to the upper left of the city screen and wave your mouse over the culture line to see an itemized description of how your culture is generated for that city.
